Using Templates
Step 1: Choose a Template
Select the template closest to your use case from the list above.
Step 2: Create Your Agent
- Go to AI Chat > Create Agent in the dashboard
- Name your agent (e.g., "Support Bot", "Sales Assistant")
- Set your brand color and allowed domains
- Click Create
Step 3: Apply the Template
- Go to Prompts > default > Edit
- Copy the template prompt from above
- Replace all
[bracketed sections]with your specific information - Adjust temperature and max tokens as recommended
- Click Save
Step 4: Test and Refine
- Use the Preview panel to test common questions
- Adjust the prompt based on responses
- Add edge cases and guardrails as needed
- Deploy when satisfied
